The ice maker assembly contains the mold to form ice and the ejection controls to fill the ice storage bin. Unplug the unit before performing installation of the assembly.

Designed to replace Kenmore®, made by Whirlpool®. Universal modular replacement. Will replace most modular icemakers if you use your old wiring harness. Also used in KitchenAid®, Roper®, and Sub-Zero®.

Designed to use the existing modular icemaker wiring harness, RIM900 will replace most of the 120V icemakers on the market today. Does NOT come with harness.

If the icemaker is not making ice, make sure the freezer is cold enough to cycle the icemaker (zero degrees Fahrenheit). If so, the icemaker or water valve could be defective.
