Because some area in Canada the Hydro Power Supply is always more over 600V instead of 600V regularly, which will cause damage to sensitive electric equipment which is rated 600V. We have to make such king of transformer to lower the voltage a little bit to protect our equipment. Please contact us if you need any special voltage.
