Two low voltage openings. Ultra-thin stamped steel brown powder-coated flange cover, flush-to-floor in-use and blank cover. Installed UL Listed 20A tamper-resistant decorator-style receptacle.

Cover kit has an ultra-thin stamped steel flange with a black powder-coated diecast zinc cover. Cover has two threaded openings with a low voltage separator and leveling ring.

Kits come with two installed receptacles, ultra thin stamped steel flange, and flush-to-the-floor in-use and blank covers. No low voltage outlets in these covers. Installs easily into our 5.5" round concrete box (FLBC5500). Cover is powder-coated brown.
