DROP IN BOX Kits with BLANK NON-METALLIC COVERS include non-metallic box, round 4” diameter non-metallic cover blank, non-metallic gasket support plate, gasket, carpet ring, UL Listed 15 amp TR duplex receptacle, mounting bracket, NM94 and NM95 cable connectors, (3) #8 x 1/2" flathead screws and (1) #6 x 1/2" screw.

Cover kit has an ultra-thin stamped steel flange with a black powder-coated diecast zinc cover. Cover has two threaded openings with a low voltage separator and leveling ring.

Kits come with two installed receptacles, ultra thin stamped steel flange, and flush-to-the-floor in-use and blank covers. No low voltage outlets in these covers. Installs easily into our 5.5" round concrete box (FLBC5500). Cover is powder-coated brown.
