This ceiling mount dual tech occupancy/vacancy sensor by Intermatic turns lights on and off when presence is detected using a combination of ultrasonic and passive infrared (PIR) sensing technologies. Compatible with LED, fluorescent and incandescent lighting applications. UL listed. California Title 20 compliant. 2-year limited warranty.

The IOS-HB-U Occupancy sensor incorporates passive infrared technology to detect occupancy and ambient light levels in a specific area. When occupancy is detected, the lighting or device will automatically turn ON. When the presence is no longer detected and the adjustable time delay expires, the lighting or device automatically turns OFF. The Occupancy sensor also features an Ambient light sensor that keeps lighting or device from turning on whenever the ambient light level meets or exceeds the user-adjusted level.
