FT™ - Freeze Trace Self Regulating Heating Cable
Application
Britech FT Freeze Trace is a self-regulating heating cable for general protection against freezing in pipes in residential and commercial applications. An additional layer connected to the heating element (bonded jacket) increases the effect of the electrical insulation and provides additional protection against moisture. The heating power of the heating elements increases or decreases depending on the ambient temperature. This self regulation takes effect at every point along the heating cable. The heating power adapts to the varying ambient temperatures.
