The kit includes a maintained mushroom push button, two audio/visual signals, one 120Vac to 12Vdc transformer, and signage of "IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, PUSH EMERGENCY BUTTON AND AUDIBLE AND VISUAL SIGNAL WILL ACTIVATE".
