Innovative Low Profile - Silhouette Smoke Alarm Less than 0.5" installed
Features:
- Innovative Low Profile – Fits in most common electrical 2-gang and plastic, round boxes with 3 1/2" hole spacing. Depth of box must exceed 2 1/8". Unit will displace 7.5 cubic inches.
- 120V AC Direct Wire, Sealed Rechargeable Battery Backup – Interconnects with up to 24 Kidde devices or 18 initiating alarms. Protects continuously, even during a long-term power outage. Sealed battery does not need to be replaced for the life of the alarm.
- One-Button Design – Operates both Smart Hush™ and alarm test for easy operation. Quickly and temporarily silences nuisance alarms activated by any alarm in the system; tests circuitry and verifies that both the alarms and the interconnect system are functioning properly.
- Alarm Memory - The smoke alarm that first detects the hazard will have a flashing green LED as well as sounding an alarm. The other smoke alarms triggered by the initiating alarm will also sound, but will not have a red flashing LED.
- Ionization Technology - Sensitive to fast flaming and other fires
- End of Life Warning - Alerts consumer that it is time to replace the unit ten years after initial power.
