The Beacon970 has the same industrial design as traditional 500W quartz halogen light, but offers so much more. Quartz halogen bulbs are extremely delicate and will break if handled or if subjected to vibrations. Quartz halogen bulbs also heat up dangerously, posing burn and fire risks to all workers involved. Lastly, they are incredibly energy inefficient compared to new LED technologies.

Using the newest LED technology, the 40W Beacon Light puts out the same amount of usable light on your work site as a 500W quartz halogen, with none of the downsides of the quartz halogen lights. The Beacon Light generates light via a 40w LED integrated chip, which is solid state construction and can therefore endure shocks, vibrations and rough handling without breaking the LEDs.
