RD-L2 - RECESSED 5mm LED LINEAR

The RD-L2 is a linear recessed LED fixture that can be used for a concrete pour. Units are available in 1000mm lengths and
can be daisy chained together for continuous runs. The housing and body is made of extruded aluminum and the glass is 6mm thick. The fixture is rated for driveover with a IP67 rating. Great for tracing a pathway, adding colour to the side of a building or creating affects within a building. For a brighter version of this unit in LEDs please see RD-L3 or for a T5 fluorescent

HOUSING Extruded aluminum body with an anodized finish.

POUR BOX Extruded aluminum with an anodized finish. Please note units can be daisy chained together. Please state on order.

INSTALLATION Concrete pour.

DRIVER Integral 120 volts in, 12 volts out.

LEDs 5mm LEDs available in white, blue, amber, yellow or red.

LENS 6mm tempered glass with an frosted diffuser between the LEDs and the glass.

HARDWARE Stainless steel.

RATING IP65

LEDs have a longer life than traditional HID lamp options. HID lamps can vary in lamp life from 5,000 to 20,000 hours for Metal Halide and 20,000 to 24,000 for High Pressure Sodium. LEDs have a minimum life of 50,000 hours. This can represent a significant cost savings in lamp replacement costs and labour.

LEDs consume less electricity than HID sources. With the cost of electricity continually increasing this is a permanent savings year over year.

LEDs are also offered in several colour sources that can be used to enhance the look of a building or a feature that traditionally with HID require an expensive colour filter that may have to be replaced over time.

LED fixtures offer a versatile option with a smaller foot print than most traditional HID fixtures.

LED fixtures offer a stronger punch in a smaller package than their HID equivalents.
